Joe Twigg

I'm a documentary photographer based in South London.

Photography helps me to triangulate and make a bit of sense the world - as a way to connect with people and places.

I love working and collaborating with theatre companies, brands, NGO’s, artists and makers. Sometimes I work commercially on commission, sometimes as personal documentary projects.

I've recently graduated with an MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at UAL.

I'm half of the Wallflower Brixton community portrait project in Brixton, and work also as part of the Wallflower Collective.

My photos have appeared in The New York Times, The Guardian, NME, The Evening Standard and Timeout.

Selected clients include: The Barbican Centre, Soho Theatre, National Theatre (London), Punchdrunk Int., Goldsmiths University London, Cambridge University Press, Bloomsbury Publishing & Save The Children.
